CAPTURING THE MOMENTS THAT BECOME CHERISHED MEMORIES
I began my love of capturing stories on film back in high school as the yearbook photographer and sports editor at Rossville High School. Following graduation in 1974, I parlayed that into a experience as a sports writer for the Chattanooga News-Free Press.
After twenty years serving my country in the United States Air Force, I retired and moved back to Chattanooga. I found that after working several jobs, including as a Business Learning Partner for Unum and as the manager of the Chattanooga Police Department's Information Center, I was ready to return to my first love - telling others' stories through photography and capturing memories that would last a lifetime. In addition to having 4:13 Photography, I also still work as a photographer and writer/columnist for The Chattanoogan.com.
I hold a Bachelor of Science from The University of Maryland University College in Business Management with a minor in Organizational Development.
I named my business 4:13 Photography after my life verse from scripture, Philippians 4:13 (I can do all things through Christ, who strengthens me.). It is through my Lord and savior, Jesus Christ, that I have been given any talent that I might have.
As I share my love of photography with others, it is an even bigger desire to share His love.
4:13 Photography is a Christ-centered business with the goal of working with the client to perfectly capture those moments and memories that are important to you.
